Mark your calendars - Kids Days are returning to Yorkshire Lavender.
With fun for all the family, these special days on 8th and 9th August will be packed with a whole host of activities to keep the little ones entertained.
Adventurous kids will love what we have planned this season, with a special visit from some prehistoric pals - that's right, for 2 days this Summer, the typical calm of our fields will be replaced by Dinosaurs!
These roar-some Meet & Greet sessions give you the chance to get up close and personal with the Big Dino and the babies, with plenty of brilliant photo opportunities! We'll also have dino-themed activities to get stuck into, including mini-golf and a dino hunt in the sand. For creative kids, pottery painting, crafts, and face painting are sure to keep them engaged and there's plenty of ways to burn off some energy, too, with the bouncy castle and garden games!
We absolutely loved hosting so many families last year and we can't wait to welcome you for two days of brilliant family fun!
What we have planned at a glance
As well as access to the Lavender fields in bloom, gardens and play area, Our Kids Days at Yorkshire Lavender also include:
Meet & Greet with the Dinosaurs
Dinosaur themed fun, including mini golf and dinosaur eggs-hibition
Face Painting
Inflatables
Pottery Painting
Garden Games (like Giant Jenga and Connect 4)
Lavender games (including Snakes & Ladders and the Lavender Maze)
Craft area - get creative with some fun activities
Meet the (such as a super-cute Petting Zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs and alpacas and interactive circus performance sessions)
The Tea Room and our Horse Box will be serving delicious treats, drinks and ice cream to keep you fuelled for a day of fun, and our shop and plant nursery will be open for a bit of retail therapy.
