Returns

Please email us at info@yorkshirelavender.com before returning any item as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.

Returned items must arrive with us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please ensure that you use adequate packing materials to ensure the goods are not damaged during return transit.

We will advise you when your exchange or refund has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund in full.
