Lavender Resonance Sound Experience
Join is for a deeply relaxing experience, designed for maximum calm.
Claire from the Flame Within will lead you through guided breath work, designed to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you with your breath. Then we move to a deeper sound experience, using gongs, instruments and gentle frequencies, combined with live plant music, connected to the lavender itself.
Be prepared to sink into deep relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of the lavender fields.
