Earlier this year, we added Yorkshire Lavender to a couple of dog-friendly databases - these lists of attractions and locations in the UK showcase places where dogs are very welcome to join their humans for a visit.
And this year definitely seems to be 'the year of the dog' with so many lovely guests bringing their four-legged friends along for an adventure.
